1. Acceptance of Risk and Liability

By parking your vehicle at any Renzo Parking or Renzo Airport Parking location, you acknowledge and accept that it is at your own risk. Renzo Parking and Renzo Airport Parking are not liable for the security of vehicles or their contents. You assume all liability for any damages or loss during the use of our facilities. Renzo Services does not hold any responsibility fo any damage to your vehicle

Disclaimer – Liability Waiver

Renzo Services does not and will not take any liability for any past, current, or future damages to your vehicle, even if the damage has occurred at the parking lot and was caused by yourself, another customer, staff, or any other individual. Renzo Airport Parking is solely a parking service provider. By parking your vehicle at any Renzo Parking or Renzo Airport Parking location, you acknowledge and accept that it is at your own risk. Renzo Parking and Renzo Airport Parking are not liable for the security of vehicles or their contents. You assume all liability for any damages or loss during the use of our facilities. Renzo Services does not hold any responsibility for any damage to your vehicle.

2. Removal of Valuables

​

We advise removing all personal valuables from your vehicle before parking. Renzo Parking and Renzo Airport Parking are not responsible for any loss of, damage to, or theft of personal items left inside vehicles parked in our facilities.

3. Parking Hours

​

Vehicles may only be dropped off or picked up during posted store operating hours, which are subject to change. Vehicles left after closing hours will only be accessible during the next business day's operating hours.

4. Compliance with Signs and Directions

​

All drivers must adhere to parking signs and ground markings within our premises. Failure to comply may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.

5. Prohibited Activities

​

The following activities are strictly prohibited within our parking facilities:

Repairing or servicing vehicles

Selling or auctioning vehicles

Sleeping overnight in vehicles

Storing or disposing of garbage outside designated receptacles

6. Payment and Fees

​

Parking fees must be paid according to the rates specified upon parking. Failure to pay may result in penalties that must be settled before vehicle removal. Extensions will be charged at the daily rate.

7. Towing and Enforcement

​

Vehicles parked in violation of these Terms and Conditions may be towed at the owner’s expense. Renzo Parking and Renzo Airport Parking reserve the right to enforce these terms, including fines and towing as necessary.

8. Natural Disasters

​

Renzo Airport Parking will not be held liable for any damage to vehicles that results from natural disasters. A natural disaster refers to major adverse events resulting from natural processes of the Earth, such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, and other geologic processes.

9. Out of Hours Collection

​

We are not liable and will not compensate for any loss of use if you attempt to collect your vehicle outside of our office operational hours. It is your responsibility to ensure collection within the stipulated times.

10. Modification of Terms

​

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

11. Shuttle Bus Service

​

Service Description: The shuttle bus is a service that operates on-demand to and from Brisbane Airport. Shuttle bus may take 20 minutes or more depending on traffic and demand, although it generally runs ondemand approximately every 30 minutes.

​

No Compensation for Alternate Travel: Renzo Airport Parking will not compensate for any alternate travel arrangements you may organize on your own due to the shuttle service timing. Please plan accordingly.

12. Refund Policy

​

At Renzo Airport Parking, we strive to offer flexible solutions to accommodate your travel plans. Below is our detailed refund policy to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our services:

Cancellation Policy: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled parking date. Cancellations must be made through our official online portal or by contacting our customer service team.

​

Refunds After Parking Commencement: Once the parking period has begun and the vehicle is parked at our location, we are unable to offer refunds for bookings that are less than 72 hours in duration. For bookings longer than 72 hours, customers may be eligible for a refund if they need to terminate their parking early. To qualify for a refund, customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice from the time they wish to terminate the parking. This allows us to manage our parking space efficiently.

Refund Amount: The maximum refund available for early termination of a booking is 30% of the total booking fee. This reflects the administrative and operational costs incurred by Renzo Airport Parking prior to the early termination.

​

Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days following the approval of the refund request. To request a refund, customers should contact our support team with their booking details and the reason for termination.

​

Exceptions and Special Circumstances: Renzo Airport Parking understands that travel plans can be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We evaluate requests for exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Customers facing extraordinary circumstances are encouraged to contact our customer service to discuss potential accommodations.

13. Indemnification

By using Renzo Parking and Renzo Airport Parking facilities, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renzo Parking, Renzo Airport Parking, and their employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our facilities or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Renzo Parking or Renzo Airport Parking facility is located.
